Shipping Policy

Days of shipping

Packages are generally dispatched Fridays and Saturdays or within 2 days (for frozen food) after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS or FedEx with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight shipment size, and delivery area. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect and to maintain your food fresh.

Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected and includes cold packs for fresh and frozen food.

Please understand that no matter what day of the week you placed your order, it will be shipped only on Fridays or Saturdays in most cases or within 2 days for frozen food in stock.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchases of in-stock products qualify for pickup orders.. Pickups are available Friday to Sunday from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. An email, text or call will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. For curbside pickup, call or text us when you arrive to the parking lot.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
There is additional shipping fees for special package such as foam insulated cooler and cold packs. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.

We do not offer international shipping.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be issued. No returns or refunds on all live products. We recommend that all the seafood you purchased be stored and packed in ice. All seafood needs to be stored and placed in a refrigerator or freezer if not cooked or consumed right away.
